Steps on how to apply
1) You can download and fill out the PDF form on your computer. Or if you are having trouble, you can download a copy of the pdf and fill out the application form with pen.
2) Once completed, save the application form to your computer.
3) You will attach the PDF form, as well as, attaching a copy of your driver's license in the dedicated slots on the application form.
3) Once submitted, we will send a separate email that is a non-refundable $75 application fee to complete the submission process and will be subject to application process and approval.
Lease to be signed and deposit placed within 48 hours of application approval. Unit will not be held after 48 hours and unit will not be held longer than 7 days from lease signing.
